TORNADO complete system washing system.
TORNADO complete system flushing system, 7 bar and 60 l/min. When combined with the appropriate pump (recommended: Solar Tsunami loading and flushing pump: maximum available power), the turbulent motion of the flushing liquid in the circuits exerts a mechanical action and accelerates chemical reactions. To achieve sufficient velocity to generate fluid turbulence, a high flow rate is therefore essential; for small systems, we recommend at least 40 l/min, preferably 60 l/min or more. Dirt also creates bottlenecks, which is why it is important to reverse the flow and, above all, create sufficient pressure to counteract pressure losses. A good flushing system must combine the mechanical action generated by turbulent motion with the action of a quality chemical.
HIGH FLOW RATE: For a good mechanical wash, the liquid must move very quickly, creating a turbulent motion, rich in vortices and mixing capable of detaching sludge and algae and accelerating the chemical action of the product used.
HIGH HEAD: Head is necessary to overcome pressure losses caused by bends (e.g., floor circuits) and bottlenecks caused by sludge and algae. A "high flow" but low head pump is "low flow" as soon as the system is dirty, long, or tall. FLOW REVERSE: Flow reversal is essential to attack dirt and encrustations from two different sides, thus doubling the washing effectiveness. Our flow diverter is made entirely of brass (unlike competing products made of aluminum) to resist oxidation and chemical agents. LARGE-CAPACITY SELF-CLEANING FILTER: MGF pumps are equipped with 9 3/4" self-cleaning filters, capable of containing large quantities of dirt before clogging. The filter can also be cleaned during washing, without interruptions and without making a mess.
RESISTANCE TO HIGH TEMPERATURES: Flushing operations must also be performed on solar thermal systems. For this reason, all components: filters, pipes, tank, pump, and valves are certified to work up to 80°C. MGF has been designing and manufacturing plumbing tools for nearly forty years. Over these decades, we have consistently invested in staying at the forefront of the design and production of our tools. The quality of MGF plumbing tools is a longstanding tradition: our product design carefully considers the needs of even the most demanding customers. Passion for technology and craftsmanship can be found in every MGF product. Our production system has been built over the years with significant investments in automation, allowing us to produce large quantities at very low costs. This automated system also guarantees high quality standards thanks to cutting-edge control and testing instruments.
