Warranty up to 24 months

The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products with a defect in conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This warranty It is reserved for private consumers (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, Sinergy srl will provide, at no cost to the Customer, to restore the product's conformity through repair/replacement or a price reduction, up to and including termination of the contract. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not found to be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs requested by the Authorized Service Center, as well as any transportation costs incurred by Sinergy srl.


Coverage and assistance

All products sold online at (URL) http://www.climando.it Products from Sinergy srl are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the invoice (or delivery note) received upon delivery of the goods.
ATTENTION!
If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs requested by the Authorized Service Center, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Climando.it. Replacements in the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working upon delivery) They only occur if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The time required for product replacement or repair depends exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.

Returns and damages

In case, for any reason, you are unable to give back to your customer a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), Sinergy srl may proceed at its own discretion to refund of the full amount paid or its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics. Sinergy srl cannot be held liable for any delays in repairs or replacements. In cases where the application of the warranty requires the return of the product, the product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; the application of labels should be avoided in all cases or adhesive tapes directly onto the original product packaging.
