To exercise the rights provided for in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, you must submit a written request to the Data Controller. Registration on Climando.it implies acceptance of the obligation to provide truthful and accurate personal information. To register on our site, you must be at least 18 years of age. Failure to provide the requested personal information will automatically cancel your order. Providing false or inaccurate information violates these Terms of Use.

Specifically, Climando.it specifies that the personal data provided by its customers will not be used for commercial information purposes or to send advertising materials, or for market research or interactive commercial communications, unless the customer has given their prior consent. Images sent to us will remain on our servers for 15 days from the date of submission.

The sales prices listed on the site are in euros, including VAT, and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs, if applicable, are always the responsibility of the user and are invoiced upon order confirmation, in addition to the selected products. Climando.it reserves the right to change prices without notice, but undertakes to apply the prices in effect (i.e., those listed on the site) at the time of ordering, excluding any errors in the checkout system.

The product will be delivered to the address indicated when the order is confirmed. A surcharge will be payable to the courier for delivery to the floor. Delivery times indicated on the website are indicative and depend on the products selected. They may be modified at any time and are not binding on climando.it. Please note that multiple products can be placed in the same order, but if multiple items are included, processing may take a few more days. Shipments are made via Express Courier within 24/48 hours (excluding islands). The estimated time for islands is 48/72 hours. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

Order payments can be made via PayPal, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, or American Express), bank transfer (IBAN: IT30F0503403405000000013222 - SWIFT: BAPPIT21631), or cash on delivery. Online credit card payments are protected by a highly effective data encryption system provided by PayPal. Under no circumstances will Climando.it obtain credit card information. Refunds are always processed by climando.it via bank transfer or PayPal.

For purchase errors made with credit card or PayPal payment, a 3% commission will be withheld during the refund process.

Unless otherwise specified by the buyer when finalizing the order, the invoice will be generated and sent automatically by our system upon order confirmation.

Climando.it recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by the current legislation, Legislative Decree 206/2005, according to which if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number on the order form to * Climando.it *), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty, except as indicated in the following point. To exercise this right, the customer must send Climando.it a notice to this effect within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This notice must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to:

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Climando.it Customer Service will promptly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must reach Climando.it within 14 days of authorization.

1. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions.

2. the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety.

3. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.).

9. If the goods are damaged during transport, Climando.it will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods at its warehouse), allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

10. CLIMANDO.IT is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.

11. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, Climando.it will deduct a penalty from the refund due, calculated based on the extent of the damage, to cover repair costs. Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Climando.it will refund the customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal request, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details for the refund (ABI - CAB code - Current Account of the invoice holder). The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) is lacking, in cases where Climando.it determines:

12. the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging.

13. the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.).

14. damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.

15. that the product has been tampered with, modified, or even partially disassembled. This procedure is not permitted, even to verify the integrity of the product itself.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Climando.it will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs. The "Satisfaction or Refund" guarantee, which is present in several places on our sales pages, is applicable according to the methods indicated in the above-mentioned points. In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if dissatisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

Important:

The letter requesting withdrawal must include the details of a bank or postal account to which the refund will be credited (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, IBAN, Account Holder). This letter must also contain all the information necessary to properly process the return and refund request. This communication must include all of the following:

TO) the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract

B) the number and a copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

C) the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

The refund, including shipping costs, will be processed by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the aforementioned registered mail notification. Upon receipt of the notification from the Customer expressing their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Seller will first verify the validity of the request and then inspect the goods for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If all legal requirements are met, the Seller will refund the amount paid. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

A) Service contracts after the complete performance of the service if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full performance of the contract by the professional.

B) The supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

C) The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and never to companies or VAT holders purchasing with this billing method. Only those entered at the time of ordering are valid for billing information. This billing information cannot be subsequently changed by the customer.

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years, as per the date on the invoice or receipt. The warranty is European. Please note that the warranty is void in the event of a fault caused by the customer or if the customer is aware of the product defect at the time of purchase. If the product is installed, the right of withdrawal automatically lapses. In this case, the customer will still be entitled to the manufacturer's warranty, as described in the previous section.

Climando.it guarantees to always do everything necessary to ensure the availability of its services. However, temporary interruptions to services are always possible for technical reasons. Climando.it will do its utmost to inform its customers as best as possible of the nature and duration of such interruptions, but cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the unavailability of its services. Climando.it also cannot guarantee the reliability and quality of the Internet outside its premises.

Climando.it has a very powerful infrastructure for storing data (personal information, photos, etc.). This infrastructure should allow for the recovery of all received data, even in the event of a serious failure. However, Climando.it cannot be held responsible for partial or total loss of data; users are encouraged to always maintain their own backups of sent data. Processed images are deleted from the Climando.it server within 15 days of the order. In the event of loss or damage to the media containing the data, Climando.it will simply replace the media with a blank product of equivalent quality.

The user is solely responsible for any communications and data uploaded to the site. Links to other sites are provided for the user's convenience. Climando.it cannot guarantee the content of these sites and cannot be held liable for any complaints or direct or indirect damages caused to a user or third parties by the content of such sites.

Promotional codes corresponding to a trial offer (proposed by one of our partners), or similar, cannot be combined with other trial offers, unless otherwise specified in the offer description. Promotional codes are valid only for the products listed on the website. A promotional code corresponding to a trial offer can only be used once per household (same name, same address) and is non-refundable. Multiple promotional codes cannot be combined on the same order.
