10. CLIMANDO.IT is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
11. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, Climando.it will deduct a penalty from the refund due, calculated based on the extent of the damage, to cover repair costs. Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Climando.it will refund the customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal request, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details for the refund (ABI - CAB code - Current Account of the invoice holder). The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) is lacking, in cases where Climando.it determines:

13. the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.).
14. damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.
15. that the product has been tampered with, modified, or even partially disassembled. This procedure is not permitted, even to verify the integrity of the product itself.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Climando.it will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs. The "Satisfaction or Refund" guarantee, which is present in several places on our sales pages, is applicable according to the methods indicated in the above-mentioned points. PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes corresponding to a trial offer (proposed by one of our partners), or similar, cannot be combined with other trial offers, unless otherwise specified in the offer description.
