Climando.it recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by the current legislation, Legislative Decree 206/2005. According to this law, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number on the Climando.it order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide a reason and without penalty, except as indicated in the following paragraph. To exercise this right, the customer must send Climando.it a notice to this effect within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This notice must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to:

Always sent within the aforementioned 14-day period and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, MUST be sent within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Climando.it Customer Service will promptly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must reach Climando.it within 14 days of authorization. The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:

• the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
• it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.);
• the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);
• to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box;
• in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging must be avoided;
• By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer;
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Climando.it will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow the customer to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured);
• in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the withdrawal request;
• CLIMANDO.IT is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments;
• Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, Climando.it will deduct a penalty from the refund, based on the extent of the damage, to cover repair costs. Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Climando.it will refund the customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal request. This will be done by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details for the refund (ABI - CAB code - current account of the invoice holder). The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the essential integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents) is lacking, in cases where Climando.it finds: the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging are missing; the product's integral elements (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.);
• damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
• that the product has been tampered with, modified or even partially dismantled.

This procedure is not permitted even to verify the integrity of the product itself. If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Climando.it will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs. The "Satisfaction or Refund" guarantee, available in several places on our sales pages, is applicable according to the methods indicated in the above-mentioned points. In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if dissatisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.
