Before shipping, each product is checked by our logistics staff to ensure there are no discrepancies with the purchased products (e.g., different models). The packaging phase then begins.

How it works
All products are packed with our system
"SUPER PACKAGING" Protected and meticulously crafted packaging—simple, efficient, and secure—will protect your purchases throughout their journey to your home. We use dedicated packaging for different product types.
The phases
- After having examined the size of the product, it is placed on a special platform.
- We proceed to stabilize the product with straps.
- Protective profiles in expanded polyethylene are inserted which secure the products against impacts.
- We move on to cellophane wrapping the product.
- Secure the product with protective tape.
- Secure the product with the "fragile" label.

Fast and Direct
We ship your order after confirmation of payment if it occurs between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, otherwise the next day. Shipments take no more than 24-48 hours to reach their destination (excluding islands). If upon delivery the packaging appears tampered with or shows obvious damage due to transport, simply sign with reservations and specify the problem. Send photos of the damaged product to postvendita@climando.it. This will make it easier and quicker to obtain a replacement for a brand new product.
