TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
RBM's MG1 is the ideal solution for solving system problems caused by particle pollution, especially rust and sand, which form as a result of corrosion and scale buildup during normal system operation. Thanks to its compact size, it is ideal when the boiler to be protected is installed in a kitchen cabinet or where installation space is very limited and other dirt separators cannot be installed. With its effective and constant action, the magnetic filter collects all impurities present in the circuit, preventing their circulation within it, thus preventing wear and damage to the circulator and heat exchanger.

Through a forced path, the fluid is forced to pass through multiple zones that alter its motion and filter its contents: THE ONLY TRULY COMPACT ONE, CAN BE INSTALLED EVEN IN SMALL SPACES UNDER-BOILER MAGNETIC SLUDGE FILTER ™ The non-magnetic particles are retained by the mesh of the filter cartridge
1. The sudden change in cross-section slows down the fluid 1 and the particles suspended in it
2. The magnet inside the cylinder attracts all ferrous impurities
3. Non-magnetic particles are retained by the filter cartridge mesh
Maximum installation versatility: It is recommended to install the MG1 on the return circuit, at the boiler inlet, to protect it from impurities in the system, especially during start-up. Thanks to its extreme installation versatility, the MG1 can be mounted with the cartridge/magnet body facing forward or downward.
