Availability

Product availability is always indicated on the product detail page. The different levels of availability are listed below:

  • Product available = the product can be ordered immediately and will arrive at your home shortly.
  • Limited availability product = there are limited quantities of this product, order now to avoid running out!
  • Product out of stock = the product is temporarily out of stock, but if you'd like to be notified when it becomes available again, you can enter your email address and we'll notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.

You can still order unavailable products, and they will be shipped when the product is available again.

Shipping times

In addition to availability, the time required to process your order must also be taken into account . Orders with the fastest delivery are those paid online (credit card, PayPal) and shipped via express courier. Different payment methods may affect shipping times. For example, deferred payment methods, such as bank transfer and installment payments, may affect the shipping date. In these cases, the order will be processed upon receipt of confirmation of the credit in the bank or approval of the installment payment by Heylight. Delivery to most Italian locations occurs within 1-2 business days.

The delivery date may be subject to change for better or worse for organizational and logistical reasons. Once you confirm your order and select your payment method, Climando.it processes your order and hands the goods over to the courier for shipment.

Delivery Methods

Express Courier: The fastest delivery option to your home: 1-2 business days, excluding remote locations, from when the courier collects the goods from our warehouse. The product will be delivered to the address indicated when the order is confirmed; for delivery to the floor, a surcharge is payable to the courier. Standard shipments are available between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Climando.it provides a tracking number for each order so that any special needs can be discussed directly with the courier. For this reason, we decline any liability for misunderstandings with the courier. Porterage or deliveries to remote or "Special" areas are not available. Receiving your purchases

You can check the status of your orders at any time in "My Account," from your order history and details. Here are some tips for receiving your goods:

  1. Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
  2. Check that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tapes.
  3. If possible, unpack the product immediately and check that there is no damage.
In the event of visible tampering and/or breakage, you must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing " RESERVED TO CHECK GOODS FOR .... " (indicate the reason) on the delivery note received from the courier. Then, immediately send us the report by email to supporto@climando.it. The report must be received within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is in good condition and that any complaints are made before signing "without reservations," which, by definition, definitively terminates the delivery and releases the carrier from liability. Raising reservations about the shipment, where justified, is a right guaranteed by Article 1698 of the Italian Civil Code; the carrier or its representative cannot oppose your exercise of this right.

Responsibility

Sinergy srl assumes no responsibility for any disruptions attributable to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the agreed-upon execution of the contract. For orders under €80, shipping costs will be €8.
