Purchases made on Climando.it by Sinergy srl are safe and guaranteed and can be made in several ways:

• Payment by Credit Card
• Payment with PayPal
• Payment by advance bank transfer
• Payment on delivery (in cash)

Payment by Credit Card

For purchases made by credit card, the bank will authorize the debit only for the amount of the purchase. If the order is cancelled by the customer or if Climando.it di Sinergy srl rejects the contract, Climando.it di Sinergy srl will request cancellation of the transaction and refund of the amount committed. Release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been cancelled, Climando.it di Sinergy srl cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for delays and/or damages caused by the banking system. Climando.it di Sinergy srl reserves the right, in specific cases, to request additional information from the customer or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the customer fails to provide such information and/or copies, Climando.it di Sinergy srl reserves the right to refuse to conclude the contract. At no point during the credit card purchase process does Climando.it di Sinergy srl access personal information about the cardholder, as the information is transmitted directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction. For this reason, Climando.it di Sinergy srl cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on its website.

Secure SSL Payment System

When you pay by credit card, we use the secure SSL payment system. Upon confirmation of your order, your credit card information will be transferred via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection to CartaSi, Societa' Servizi Interbancari, for authorization and debiting.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER

We will only receive authorization from the card issuer. This process is completely secure and guarantees both the buyer and the seller (i.e., Climando.it di Sinergy srl). The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can read the information sent over the Internet.

Payment with PayPal

By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your email address and password and make the payment. Your financial information will not be shared with Climando.it di Sinergy srl but will be managed directly by PayPal. If your order is cancelled or rejected by Climando.it di Sinergy srl, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Climando.it di Sinergy srl will not be responsible for delays and/or damages incurred during the refund process.

Payment by advance bank transfer

If paying by advance bank transfer, the order will be processed only after receiving confirmation of the payment from the bank. Payment must be made within 7 days of the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer reference must include the order number, order date, and the customer's name. Product availability is assessed only upon receipt of the payment. For tax-deductible bank transfers, a surcharge will be applied to cover processing fees. Bank transfers must be made out to:

Payment on Delivery

Upon delivery of the ordered goods, the customer will pay the sum (including a 6% surcharge on the total order) directly to the courier:

• in CASH: for amounts less than €2999.00;

For some products, Climando reserves the right to request a deposit of either 30% or 50% to process the order, which can be paid in the following ways:

• DEPOSIT (30% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT) by bank transfer, PAYPAL or Credit Card
• DEPOSIT (50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT) by bank transfer, PAYPAL or Credit Card
