PRE-SALE

Climando.it offers pre-sales assistance. Our staff, attentive to the needs and requests of prospective buyers, recommends the best solutions and products from an online catalog of over 10,000 products, ranging from air conditioning and heating to plumbing and heating. Orders can be placed via chat, phone, email, and the website.

SENDING/RECEIVING

Shipping/receiving assistance is provided from the moment the product is shipped from our warehouses until it is delivered to the customer.
 
AFTER SALES
After-sales assistance concerns everything that happens in the post-shipment phase, that is, receipt, conformity, and integrity of the purchased product(s).
