General Features

• The Polyethylene Pipe Aligner is an indispensable professional tool for positioning and supporting pipes during electrical coupling welding.
  The aligner is made entirely of steel; it consists of a central positioning plate and axles for fixing the pipes.
  The positioning plate features 4 working combinations in order to weld at 45°, 90°, in-line and T-branch joints.
  The boards are equipped with V-shaped clamps with a tube locking system using ratchet straps.
  In addition to securing the tube to the clamp, the system also performs a centering function. Each axis is equipped with two guides on which the clamps can move.
  Practical side handles ensure an easy grip when moving and positioning the aligner, both in welding configuration and during the preparation phases.
  The aligner is available in two configurations: two- or three-axis (for welding T-fittings).
