General Features

FORCE W is a range of high-power modular condensing generators, designed to fully meet the needs of new construction and redevelopment of thermal power plants. Each module can be installed individually or in cascade configurations of up to four units (INAIL certified), for a maximum total power of 600 kW.

Thanks to its technical and construction features, the FORCE W line meets the highest standards required by centralized system professionals. Its efficiency also allows access to financial incentives available for the energy retrofitting of air conditioning systems.



STRENGTHS:

• High-power condensing thermal module, designed for single/bay installations up to 600 kW.

• Complete hydraulic, gas and smoke accessories for INAIL certified 2, 3 or 4 module configurations.

• Monoblock heat exchanger in aluminum-silicon alloy designed to obtain maximum exchange efficiency and low pressure drops on the water circuit.

• Premixed combustion unit with a microflame metal fiber burner with very low polluting emissions (Class 6 according to EN 15502-1). The modules can operate on methane or LPG.
  

Advanced protection systems, including:

• Flow and return sensors for constant ΔT operation.
  Protection against exchanger overtemperatures (calibrated at 95°C).
• Smoke safety sensor.
• Water pressure switch with minimum threshold of 0.8 bar.
• Hydraulic unit (supplied as an accessory) with shut-off valves, one of which is a three-way valve for atmospheric discharge. Configurable with two circulators, one standard and one high-head.
• Air / flue gas circuit with sealed chamber (B23, C13 and C33 certified) and non-return valve on the flue gas exhaust duct, to be able to size the pressurized manifold.
