General Features

Designed to offer the best value for money, it's ideal for single-family homes. It boasts compact dimensions, low weight, vertical water connections, and a pre-assembled bracket for quick installation. The most significant innovation is the revamped primary heat exchanger; the old Al-Si heat exchanger has been replaced with a stainless steel one, which, with a simple adjustment of the gas valve, also allows propane operation.

New stainless steel exchanger
ThemaTek Condens features the greatest innovation inside: the new stainless steel exchanger that also allows propane power supply through a simple adjustment of the gas valve.

The new exchanger is complemented by the new “Fan Push” combustion technology, in which the fan, in its new position upstream of the burner, ensures the correct ratio between air and gas by applying a proportional pressure value that allows the gas valve to open without waste.

ThemaTek Condens' innovative user interface boasts an extremely easy-to-use touchscreen and intuitive boiler management functions. The display features 6 buttons and 2 white digits, where the boiler status is indicated by the flashing of the selected icon, allowing for clear and easy-to-understand viewing and modification of parameters.
