Boiler with single-circuit stainless steel primary exchanger without joints and/or welds, maintains high efficiency even on older systems.

MC2: Multi Combustion Control , a new combustion system with patented industrial-grade gasadaptive technology for improved adaptability to changing gas network conditions (e.g. fluctuations or reduced pressures).

MGR: Methane, LPG, Propane air Ready through a simple configuration the boiler is able to operate on methane, LPG and propane air without the use of additional conversion kits.

FPS: Smoke Protection System:

By using the optional flue gas accessory (041106X0 - exhaust gas clapet valve kit) which can be installed outside the boiler, it is possible to easily connect to collective pressurised flue systems (e.g. in renovations), in compliance with the UNI 7129 regulation.

NB: the kit cannot be used in built-in installations

Installation location: also for outdoor use in a partially protected area up to -5°C as standard and up to -15°C with the aid of the optional antifreeze resistance kit

EASY MAINTENANCE

At the time of the first maintenance, the technician can realize the care with which every detail has been designed to facilitate his work.

Thanks to the maximum accessibility of the main components, the BLUEHELIX ALPHA thermal unit allows maintenance to be performed with maximum precision and speed. Some examples:

The electronic board's electrical box can be easily removed from the chassis, allowing free access to the internal parts.

- Easy access to the burner group by removing 4 screws and the quick coupling (clip) of the fan.

The extra-large passage heat exchanger is designed to withstand the hardest water and is easy to clean thanks to the single-tube, non-collector circuit.

- The domestic water inlet filter can be removed extremely easily directly from the inside without having to remove the boiler's hydraulic connections.

- The possible dismantling and replacement of the plate exchanger is done simply by removing two Allen bolts accessible from the front

SUN EASY FUNCTION

BLUEHELIX ALPHA has been designed to be easily inserted into systems created with the latest technologies.

The SUN EASY system uses electronics that simplify pairing with both natural and forced circulation solar panels. A sensor located on the domestic hot water circuit continuously monitors the temperature of the water preheated by the solar panels, activating the burner only if the temperature drops below the level required to ensure optimal user comfort.

STOP AND GO FUNCTION

When using mixer taps, short or very short bursts of water for quick rinses trigger the boiler ignition process, which usually ends immediately. Persistent false starts can, over time, compromise the product's lifespan. For this reason, BLUEHELIX ALPHA provides an electronic parameter that can delay burner ignition (Stop and Go), activating it only when domestic hot water is actually drawn.

EXTERNAL INSTALLATION - ANTIFREEZE FUNCTION

To maximize available space, the new BLUEHELIX ALPHA 24 - 28 C boiler can be recessed into the wall using a special kit; for more critical installations, in completely uncovered spaces not protected from the elements, a "painted cabinet" kit is also available. If the boiler temperature drops to 5°C, the burner automatically ignites and the circulator activates to protect the appliance from frost damage. This function is active when the boiler is powered by the gas circuit and connected to the mains.

ECO-COMFORT HEALTHCARE FUNCTION

In ECO mode, domestic hot water production occurs according to traditional standards, allowing for energy savings during periods of non-use. In COMFORT mode, thanks to the special heat exchanger temperature maintenance system, domestic hot water delivery becomes even faster and more comfortable. Efficiency and load profiles in accordance with the ErP directive are top of the range: model 24 C / A - XL.
