The new Family is Riello's solution for the most demanding users. The primary heat exchanger, made entirely of stainless steel, guarantees maximum efficiency and reliability over time, and the new optimized domestic hot water heat exchanger ensures exceptional comfort and the best energy efficiency rating (Class A).     VERSATILITY'

    Towards the future, with Family. Thanks to the BUS communication protocol, it can communicate with the hybrid control panel, for inclusion in a multi-energy system, and with the RiCLOUD intelligent remote control.


    LOW EMISSIONS

    In the continuous path of reducing emissions, the new Family is certified NOx Class 6, the best allowed by European standards.


    QUICK INSTALLATION

    Time is precious. With Family, installation and access to components are simplified to minimize time and effort.


    The new Family is equipped with the intelligent ACC combustion control system, which ensures that the process always occurs optimally under any conditions, thanks to the modulating gas valve and the ionization electrode. Thanks to ACC, Family is able to automatically adapt to the fuel (methane or LPG) without resorting to specific codes or accessory conversion kits.

    Family also responds to changes in fuel quality and flue gas pressure drops. The ACC system detects excess air and intervenes by modulating the air/gas mixture to maintain optimal parameters. The ACC system also simplifies installation. Calibration is not required during ignition; simply select the type of fuel used by the boiler via the interface, if different from the default (methane).

    Since the system maintains a constant level of CO2 production, even flue gas monitoring during ignition is no longer necessary for proper product operation. Controlling combustion also ensures consistent emissions, always well below regulatory limits. If the process occurs optimally, the gases produced will have the best theoretical composition compared to other conditions.
