    SuperEVOdens NOx retains the simplicity of management, programming, and adjustment of a traditional boiler, while leveraging the savings derived from heat recovery from flue gases from a condensing boiler. The heat recovery unit preheats the system water with the heat released by the flue gases, which in traditional boilers is dispersed into the environment. This energy recovery from the flue gases, at operating temperatures typical of radiator systems, allows SuperEVOdens NOx to achieve higher efficiency than traditional boilers. The water-cooled burner allows for high-efficiency combustion while limiting pollutant emissions.

    High circulation primary exchanger and cooled burner

    The high-circulation primary exchanger is the distinguishing feature of the entire Savio SuperEVOdens NOx range. It facilitates the flow of water into the heating system and, thanks to its low hydraulic resistance, adapts the boiler to the system and facilitates heat transmission to the radiators.
    The burner is cooled by the water returning from the heating system.
    The burner is therefore characterised by a flame at a higher temperature
    Lower than traditional boilers, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides. The flame shape, specific to the water-cooled burner, also provides a uniform flame with a reduced height.

    Heat recovery unit

    The heat recovery unit recovers heat from the flue gases before they are expelled and preheats the water sent to the primary exchanger. The unit is made of aluminum, features a finned coil that provides a large exchange surface area, and is equipped with a device to ensure the boiler properly drains condensate.
