• UNICAL KON1
  
  
  
  KON1 is the latest addition to the "designer boiler" lineup that Unical presents in collaboration with ArtÙ Design Studio. Soft lines and an elegant front, available in a variety of colors, enclose a latest-generation condensing boiler that runs on natural gas or LPG, producing instant hot water at up to 18 l/min. KON1 can also be installed with a completely concealed flue system. The range includes three power levels: 24, 28, and 35 kW. The front, made of polymethyl methacrylate, is available in the following variants:
  
  
  There are no visible controls on the boiler, but it is EASYr (standard) which, wirelessly, performs the dual function of chronothermostat and remote control inside the home.

  Strengths
  
  
  The exclusive Unical system of completely concealed hydraulic and flue connections allows for elegant installation and integration of KON1 in both modern and classic environments, avoiding unsightly exposed pipes;
  
  Secondary exchanger: made of AISI 316L stainless steel, particularly efficient because it is suitable for condensing boilers, taking advantage of their low temperatures. Its "eco-friendly" design is distinguished by a new plate design that allows for greater heat transfer, making the most of the characteristics of stainless steel. Available with 12 plates (model 24) or 16 plates (models 28 and 35);
  
  HWS “Hot Water Speed” is the new KON1 electronics that switches from the heating to domestic hot water function with the burner and pump always active, significantly improving the user's comfort as he does not have to wait for hot water;
  
  Modulating premix burner: electropneumatically controlled with a constant combustion ratio. The "Flat" burner ensures: long life thanks to low thermal and mechanical stress and the physical inalterability of the FeCrAlloy fiber fabric; ideal heat propagation by radiation thanks to its chemical-physical structure capable of developing a particularly soft and bright flame; low NOx class 6 (UNI EN 15502-1); quick to clean thanks to the "Quick release" lock on the complete plate. The release allows the complete removal of the combustion system.
  
  Gas fan and valve: the valve is designed to compensate for gas pressure fluctuations in the network and stabilize the supply pressure independently of the suction pressure generated by the premix fan. Easily adjustable and maintainable, it ensures an accurate air/gas combustion mixture to guarantee high CO2 levels and promote condensation with very low CO and NOx levels;
  
  Ultra-flat Al/Si/Mg primary exchanger: made of a special Aluminum/Silicon/Magnesium alloy that ensures efficiency and durability, so much so that Unical guarantees it for a full 5 years. Thanks to the internal heat exchange configuration, efficiencies exceeding 107% in condensing mode are achieved, which translates into significant cost savings and a minimal environmental impact for the user. The 28-35 versions are suitably larger;
  
  High-efficiency modulating circulator with deaerator: automatically adjusts boiler power to system needs. Particularly quiet and compact, it integrates with the safety valve, bypass, and drain valve.
