Beretta has updated its open-chamber Ciao boiler; the previous Ciao S CAI model now becomes Ciao LX CAI and is NOX Class 6. Aesthetically, it looks the same as its predecessor, but its technology is now completely different.

The Ciao LX CAI is the entry-level model for those who want to explore Beretta boiler technology; the CAI model features an open combustion chamber and natural draft. Its defining characteristics are high quality, robustness, reliability, and affordability.

The innovative Double Exchanger is very compact and is of the plate type with the option of preheating. It also uses a low-consumption Synchronous Circulator (EEI = 0.20) with an anti-blocking cycle system and a 3-way valve; it is equipped with a flue gas control thermostat and a by-pass on the heating circuit.

The Beretta Ciao has a simple, modern, and elegant design; the front panel, the true brain of the boiler, is equipped with many functions.

Ciao LX CAI is designed to be installed outdoors in partially protected areas, thanks to dedicated accessories and the board's antifreeze protection down to 0°C. In colder temperatures, protection can be extended down to -10°C using the dedicated antifreeze resistance kit together with the siphon antifreeze resistance kit (optional, to be requested separately from the Beretta Technical Assistance Centre).

A convenient digital liquid crystal display for viewing the temperature and diagnostic codes, the on/off/summer/winter/reset/heating temperature/Climate Friend System activation selector, the domestic hot water temperature/preheating activation selector, the hydrometer.

The wall-mounted plumbing fittings, sanitary taps and gas tap are not included in the package.

Gas consumption remains extremely low. This new version complies with the new standards on flue gas emissions (NOx 6) and the ErP 2015 Directive; the boiler boasts Energy Class C for Heating and Class B for Domestic Hot Water.
