Residence is Riello's wall-mounted condensing boiler, ideal for replacement and new installations. The primary heat exchanger, made entirely of stainless steel with front access to the combustion chamber, guarantees maximum efficiency and reliability over time. Residence is available with power ratings of 20, 25, 30, and 35 kW, in combined instantaneous and heating-only versions. – ACC self-adaptive electronic combustion control – Range Rated approval – New simple and intuitive digital control panel with backlit display – Low-consumption modulating circulator – 1:8 modulation ratio – Standard flue gas flange with dedicated flue fitting – Clapet valve and SRD device as standard

    Residence Condens is Riello's wall-mounted condensing boiler for medium-sized homes. The new all-aluminum primary heat exchanger with frontal access to the combustion chamber ensures improved efficiency and durability. It is available with power ratings from 20 to 35 kW.


    Characteristics:

    1:8 modulation ratio that allows the boiler to respond to all heat requests
    Self-modulating circulator, low consumption (EEI≤0.20)
    “Winter with Pre-heating” function: allows the domestic hot water exchanger to be kept at the right temperature, reducing waiting times during withdrawal (only instantaneous combined models)
    Standard thermoregulation on the board in combination with the external probe (optional)
    Assembly template, hydraulic fittings, power cable included
