Residence In Condens offers the same technological advances and high performance as the indoor version of the Residence Condens, concealed in the wall. The innovative Riello heat exchanger, made entirely of seamless aluminum, is synonymous with efficiency and durability. It resists system dirt and offers excellent head and high heat exchange. Temperature regulation is managed directly by the boiler board, and the external probe (accessory) allows the heating system temperature to be adjusted appropriately to the outside weather conditions. Residence In Condens is available with power ratings from 25 to 32 kW.

Characteristics:

Modulation ratio 1:8 which allows the boiler to respond to all heat demands
Self-modulating circulator, low consumption (EEI≤0.20)
“Winter with Pre-heating” function: allows the domestic hot water exchanger to be kept at the right temperature, reducing waiting times during withdrawal (only instantaneous combined models)
Standard thermoregulation on the board in combination with the external probe (optional)
Antifreeze function that protects the heating and sanitary circuits up to -5°C (outdoor and built-in versions) with the possibility of extending the protection up to -15°C (optional)
