EVOPLUS SMALL 
Applications:
EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can be used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial buildings such as:
- Large residential buildings - Condominiums and apartment buildings - Dwellings - Real estate - Clinics and hospitals - Schools - Office buildings
Single version available with 1 ½” and 2” threaded ports, and with flanged ports DN 32 and DN 40, PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16. Twin version available with flanged pump body DN 32 and DN 40, PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16. Special version available with bronze pump body for the recirculation of sanitary water. Possibility of control via external 0-10 v. or PWM signal and connection to ModBus system management systems (LonBus with a specific additional communication module) using the optional Multifunction module (supplied as standard in the twin version).
Applications in heating:
The heating requirements for different applications vary significantly throughout the day and night due to the outside temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the rooms. Added to this are the different needs of the various rooms and the possible opening or closing of the various branches in complex systems. Electronically controlled wet rotor pumps ensure, in almost all properly sized systems, a sufficient amount of energy at all times, while simultaneously ensuring greater silence and comfort and significantly reducing operating costs.
Applications in air conditioning:
Unlike conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than ambient temperature. Under these conditions, condensation forms on the external surface of the circulator, without affecting the proper functioning of either the electronic or mechanical components. The special construction has been designed and sized to allow condensation to drain without damaging the components.
Construction features:
Monoblock circulation pump consisting of a cast iron hydraulic part and a wet rotor synchronous electric motor.
Aluminum motor case.
Spiral pump body with high hydraulic efficiency thanks to a particularly accurate design and smooth internal surfaces.
Inline suction and delivery ports.
The single version is supplied as standard with insulation shells to prevent heat dispersion and/or condensation formation on the pump body.
For the twin version, insulation must be provided by the installer. In any case, care must be taken not to obstruct the condensation drain labyrinths so as not to compromise the circulator's operation.
EVOPLUS circulators for small collective systems are connected to the electrical power line via a practical connector with the relevant plug supplied as standard, making the operation simple and quick.
Technopolymer impeller, alumina drive shaft mounted on graphite bushings lubricated by the same pumped liquid.
Stainless steel rotor protection sleeve.
Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene sealing rings and carbon fibre composite stator jacket.
Synchronous motor with permanent magnet rotor.
The twin version features an automatic flap valve built into the delivery port to prevent water from recirculating in the unit when idle. A blind flange is also supplied as standard should maintenance be required on one of the two motors. The standard pump body is PN 16, flanged with 4 slots compatible with PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16 counter-phalanges for pump interchangeability in existing systems.
