• Characteristics

  Pasty, filling adhesive, orange or brown in color, formulated with PVC resins dissolved in solvents. Excellent sealing power. The adhesive hardens through solvent evaporation, transforming into a bonding agent resistant to long-term use and temperature changes. It does not alter the characteristics of the object to which it is applied.
  
  It is suitable for bonding rigid PVC pipes and fittings with medium and large gaps, for producing special parts such as branches, branch connections, etc., and for use with plastics and rigid PVC shapes. It is not suitable for pressure pipes.
  
  To apply, cut the pipes at a right angle, scrape, and chamfer the edge. Remove all traces of dirt and grease and dust from the surfaces to be joined (the outside of the pipe and the inside of the sleeve) using CAMONET cleaner, developed by our laboratories specifically for this application. Any ice left on the pipes must be removed by meticulous heating. Before applying the adhesive, make sure the surfaces are completely dry. For the product in cans, before applying it, stir thoroughly with a stick and/or tool. Spread a uniform layer of adhesive, first on the inside of the sleeve, then on the pipe. To avoid damaging deposits in the pipe, it is important to apply a thin layer of adhesive in the sleeve; on the outside of the pipe, it is best to apply more adhesive. Immediately join the parts by pressing them together and gently rotating them or, if using a pipe, sliding them slightly. Remove excess adhesive with crepe paper. Do not subject the connection to mechanical stress for the first 10 minutes. The glued pipe can be used after 36 hours; however, maximum performance will be achieved 72 hours after the last bonding.
