STRUCTURE
Self-supporting structure in galvanized steel sheet panels painted in warm grey (Ral 9001) with surface treatment and cataphoresis process, a surface treatment capable of providing notable resistance to corrosion in order to protect the external unit from atmospheric agents. (1) Removable right panel for connection operations with the refrigeration circuit. (2) Removable cover to access the control components. (3) Protective grille on the air expulsion.
HEAT EXCHANGER
Wide Louver Fin external heat exchanger which provides an improvement in exchange efficiency equal to 28% more than a traditional exchanger, coated with a GOLD FIN galvanic bath anti-corrosion treatment to provide better resistance to acid rain and saltiness in seaside areas.
COMPRESSOR
Capacity delivery system consisting of 1 hermetic Twin Rotary DC inverter compressor with direct start, linear capacity control with an action range between a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 130%.
Axial-flow heat exchange fan with rear-mounted intake and front-mounted horizontal outlet, with an air flow rate of 27 m3/min. BLDC inverter motor with a low-noise, 0.30 kW air flow rate.
REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT MOTOR/FAN
Made of aluminum tubing, complete with filter dryers, a 4-way reverse cycle valve, electronically controlled expansion valves on each connection, a liquid refrigerant separator with accumulation function on the compressor suction side, and dedicated service valves for each connection of the indoor units on the gas side. The distribution system features connections with liquid and gas diameters of 6.35 mm and 9.52 mm, respectively. The main electronic control and safety board, accessible by removing the top cover, can automatically manage the cooling and heating operating modes and the defrost function of the external heat exchanger.
