TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Zerocal+ PRO are proportional anti-scale dispensers for boilers, water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers.
The Zerocal+ PRO use immersion pump technology that is not damaged in the prolonged absence of descaling liquid.
The ultra-compact dimensions, ergonomic shape and orientable connections make installation quick and easy on both horizontal and elbow pipes.
In addition to the traditional Dima attachments, there is the new Universal Dual Dima attachment which combines the versatility of the Dima and Vertical Dima attachments.
The Zerocal+ PRO do not require electrical power.
Zerocal+ Pro Anti-Limescale Proportional Dosers, DIMA 3 UNIVERSAL 1/2"

The Zerocal+ PRO do not require electrical power.
To refill the descaler, you don't need to turn off the water; simply unscrew the tank, pour in Zerocal+ DOSE, and screw the tank back on.
Each pack includes a free 250g Zerocal+ DOSE refill.
The water used in plumbing systems contains dissolved calcium and magnesium salts, which cause hardness. When water is heated, this hardness triggers a chemical reaction, producing calcium and magnesium carbonate (limescale) and carbon dioxide. Calcium carbonate precipitates, causing scale buildup on systems and heat exchangers, while carbon dioxide causes corrosion within the system. It is therefore necessary to treat the water by installing anti-limescale and anti-corrosion equipment such as proportional dosing devices. Dosing polyphosphate-based products in proportion to the water flow rate (<5 ppm) does not alter the water's potability, keeps the elements that would otherwise precipitate and form scale soluble, and protects against corrosion. Installation is extremely simple and can be performed upstream of the plumbing system, boilers, or water heaters, and upstream of washing machines and dishwashers.
