The laboratory that calibrates the instruments is recognized as an Accredited Calibration Laboratory LAT No. 230 by ACCREDIA, in accordance with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. The accreditation issued by ACCREDIA is formal recognition of the laboratory's technical competence to perform specific calibrations and is regulated by a specific agreement. The designated laboratory operates for all calibrations in line with the general guidelines proposed by the regulations governing the operation of Metrology Centers (ISO/IEC 17025). The calibration method and the related equipment used have been subjected to stringent statistical tests to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of measurements suitable for verifying a repeatability value of 95% in the measuring instrument being calibrated, equal to a band of ± 2σ of a normal distribution, in compliance with the requirements of current standards.
