TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Motor for 3-way diverter valve with 3 holes, 60" opening (specifically used for refrigerators). The servomotors can have different power supply voltages (230V - 24V AC, 24V - 12V DC), 3 possible operating times (60" - 30" - 15") and can be equipped with 1 or 2 auxiliary microswitches with "clean" electrical contact.

Ideal for automatic control of: Zoned heating systems; Air conditioning systems; Industrial automation systems; Irrigation systems; Systems using eco-energy; Domestic hot water systems; Systems that interface multiple heating or cooling energy sources. OPERATION: The brass valve body features a ball valve with 3 T-shaped holes and is housed between two PTFE seats, supported by anti-seize O-rings to ensure excellent sealing and smooth operation over time. Flow is diverted from the central port to the side ports by rotating the ball 90°, with the position indicated externally even with the servomotor engaged. The valve is operated by a bidirectional electric servomotor with a reversible 90° rotation, coupled to the valve body with a quick bayonet coupling. The motorized valve can be controlled by a 3-contact thermostat-chronothermostat with a diverter contact (if it uses a 3-wire servomotor), or by a thermostat-chronothermostat with a break contact (if it uses a 2-wire servomotor with a built-in relay). The servomotors can have different power supply voltages (230V - 24V AC, 24V - 12V DC), 3 possible operating times (60" - 30" - 15") and can be equipped with 1 or 2 auxiliary microswitches with "dry" electrical contacts, suitable for controlling devices that indicate the valve's open or closed positions or start a circulator.

COUPLED SERVOMOTORS:

The valves are constructed of brass for strength and reliability. The full-bore ball valve ensures minimal pressure loss and no leakage, even after prolonged use. Threaded connections are available in female, male, or union connections, depending on installation convenience. The three-way valves have different flow configurations, adapting to a wide variety of system situations.
The servomotors feature a robust steel gear reducer and a pre-wired multicore cable for easy electrical connection. De Pala actuators only draw power during operation, unlike spring-return servomotors, for example, and offer precise and repeatable positioning.
Thanks to a steel ring on the servomotor and the special processing of the valve body, the engagement and disengagement of the two components is simple, quick and does not require any tools.
De Pala motorized valves are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of manufacture.
