TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Daikin Altherma 3M is the first third-generation Daikin monobloc unit: it has a completely new design, uses R-32 refrigerant
Newly designed paneling
The white front grille with horizontal lines hides the fan from view, reducing the perception of the noise produced by the unit. The uniform, light gray paneling delicately reflects the environment in which the unit is installed, allowing it to blend perfectly into any context .
A new fan shape
The shape of the fan has been renewed to reduce the contact surface with the air and improve air circulation.

Why choose a Daikin Altherma air-to-water heat pump?
How does it work?
The outdoor unit extracts energy from the air to provide heating, cooling, and hot water. Up to 75% of the energy used comes from the air, with the remainder provided by electricity. The air-to-water heat pump relies on a compressor and refrigerant to transfer energy from the air to the water, heating it to meet your needs and use it in your home.
Medium-Temperature Heat Pumps Ideal for applications in new buildings and large-scale renovations, medium-temperature heat pumps are particularly suitable when combined with underfloor heating and heat pump convectors, which require a lower temperature to provide comfort equivalent to that of radiators.
Monoblock unit A monoblock is an outdoor unit that includes the refrigeration circuit. In this case, there is no indoor unit, just a wiring module and an independent hot water tank.
Newly designed paneling
A black horizontal front grille conceals the single fan, reducing the perceived noise level of the unit. The light gray paneling reflects the space in which the unit is installed, allowing it to blend seamlessly into any environment. A single fan for large-capacity units. Daikin engineers replaced the double fan with a larger one, optimizing its shape to reduce noise and improve air circulation.
Monobloc units operating with R-32 refrigerant Daikin is a pioneer in the launch of heat pumps with R-32. With the same potential as standard refrigerants, R-32 offers a low global warming potential (GWP) and ensures greater energy efficiency and lower CO2 emissions. Easy to recover and reuse, R-32 refrigerant is the perfect solution for meeting the new CO2 emissions targets set by the European Union.
Ideal for small spaces The monoblock unit is the ideal solution for those places with limited space. No additional indoor unit is required: the monoblock system can be installed in the space under a window to save outdoor space.
