General Features

  • OMNIA M

The OMNIA M 3.2 monobloc range has energy class A++ for the production of water at 55ºC and A+++ for water produced at 35°C

Compact external unit
Thanks to the adoption of a compact and small-sized unit, especially for the more powerful models, OMNIA M 3.2 can be easily placed outside the house, ensuring more available space inside.

Quick and easy installation
Being a monoblock unit, installation costs and time are significantly reduced. Refrigerant interconnection between the units is not necessary, as the entire refrigerant circuit is contained within the unit. There's no need to make a fuel connection or create a flue gas exhaust duct. Furthermore, the unit includes all the necessary plumbing components for quick and easy connection to the heating and domestic hot water systems.

Ideal combination with low temperature systems
The OMNIA M 3.2 range can be easily installed in combination with low temperature systems, connecting fan coils, radiators, underfloor heating, to obtain maximum energy efficiency and maximum home comfort.

Easy integration with an existing boiler
OMNIA M 3.2 can be combined and integrated with any boiler in the system. The device's control, based on the outside temperature and required operating conditions, optimizes heat production for heating and DHW, using the most efficient device.

Production of hot water at 65°C with low external temperature
The OMNIA M 3.2 range can provide hot water at 60°C with external temperatures down to -15°C and at 40°C with external temperatures down to -25°C, without any type of support/accessory. In cold but positive temperatures, OMNIA M 3.2 can produce hot water up to 65°C.

Protects hydraulic components from freezing without the need to add glycol
If low outside temperatures are detected, the circulation pump and the electric antifreeze heater of the plate heat exchanger are activated, thus preventing the hydraulic components from freezing. There is therefore no need to add glycol to the system.

Control system Operating principle
The general control system monitors all inverter system functions and ensures the compressor is operating correctly. It also incorporates control algorithms using predefined climate curves that can be selected by the customer, management of a domestic hot water circuit, setting time slots to reduce noise during the night, alarm reporting, pump block prevention, and integration with external heat generators.

The user interface consists of a wired remote controller that allows the management of:

  • Management of 2 distinct zones, direct + mixed: the unit is able to manage the pumps of both zones and, for the mixed zone, the mixing valve and water delivery temperature probe.
  • Photovoltaic and Smart Grid Management: Management of a photovoltaic system and the “smart grid” function is guaranteed by 2 digital inputs on the PCB with specific operating logic.
Heating and cooling system: the unit activates in hot or cold mode, it works by modulating the frequency of the compressor to maintain the temperature of the water produced at the setpoint value set by the controller
  • Domestic hot water production: the unit activates in heating mode to maintain the temperature of a DHW cylinder at the setpoint. A 3-way diverter valve (not supplied) and a temperature probe (supplied) are required, which must be inserted into a well in the DHW cylinder.
  • Additional energy sources: these sources can be activated to supplement or replace the heat pump during heating or DHW production and in case the heat pump is not working.
  • Cascade management of multiple units: A single controller connected to the Master controller can manage up to 6 units in cascade, even with different power ratings. If one Slave controller fails, the others can operate normally.
  • Electric resistance for DHW boiler: it is possible to manage an optional integration and/or reserve electric resistance and for the anti-legionella function.
  • Fast ACS: a manually activated function that allows you to prioritize domestic hot water by bringing the ACS boiler to the set point in the shortest possible time.
  • Anti-legionella function: weekly anti-legionella cycles can be set. The heat pump must be integrated with an electric heating element for the DHW boiler or boiler.
  • Silent mode: 2 levels of silence are possible which, if activated, according to a time schedule, result in a reduction in the maximum compressor frequency and fan speed to reduce the noise emitted, perhaps at night, and the power absorbed by the unit.
  • ON/OFF: The unit can be activated and deactivated via an external contact. It can be controlled from the controller's keyboard.
  • Hot/Cold: The unit can be switched on and off in cold and hot mode via 2 external contacts.
  • ECO: possibility of defining time slots and related setpoints for ECO modes in hot and cold mode.
  • Weekly programming: allows for different time programming for each day of the week, defining the working mode and setpoint for each band.
  • Antifreeze protection: guaranteed down to external air temperatures of -20°C thanks to the heat pump itself operating in heating mode, the standard antifreeze electric resistance and the electric booster if installed.
  • Remote control of the unit via APP Available for iOS and Android
