The Power of Evolution
GAZELLE EVO is a sealed chamber, forced draught, premixing gas convection stove.
Gas convection heaters, such as the Gazelle Evo , are an excellent solution in terms of efficiency and safety for heating domestic and industrial environments but, like any other product, they must be used and maintained with care and precision.
Main features:
A single gas convection stove with a thermal output of less than 5 kW is not considered a heating system, therefore one might think that there are no legislative obligations to carry out periodic annual maintenance on it.
In reality, even when the gas convection heater is not considered a heating system, only the obligation to carry out energy efficiency checks no longer applies, but all the requirements reported in the supplier's instruction manual remain valid, which has always prescribed annual maintenance by qualified personnel.
Maintenance allows the machine to operate at peak efficiency and safety, thus saving fuel, improving environmental health, and extending the machine's life. Regular maintenance should also include extraordinary maintenance in the event of device breakage or wear.
In accordance with Ministerial Decree no. 37 of 22 January 2008, installation and maintenance of appliances must be carried out only by expert professionals who are required to issue a declaration of conformity for the product itself.
Professionally qualified personnel means those with specific technical expertise in the field of residential heating system components, or qualified in accordance with current legislation.
To ensure maximum efficiency and safety of the appliance, it is recommended that the inspection certificate be completed by an authorized Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Regarding installation, it is important to consider some guidelines:
• The appliance must be installed on walls directly communicating with the outside, alternatively alternative installations must be arranged always in compliance with current regulations.
• The correct distance from other surrounding elements must be respected as shown below:
