    R32 gas cylinders, like all other refrigerant gases, do not have a valve and must therefore use an external tap to regulate the gas flow. In the specific case of R32, however, this tap must be counterclockwise. In fact, as with all highly flammable gases, current legislation requires the use of counterclockwise threads to avoid confusing the connections of these systems with those of systems using non-flammable gases.
