    R22/407 gas piercing tap.

General Features

  • 1/4" piercing valve for R22/407 gas. Designed for installation on commercial refrigeration and civil and industrial air conditioning systems that use any type of refrigerant. The piercing valve allows you to quickly and economically create a charging, purging or pressure gauge point along the length of the refrigeration circuit. The valve can be mounted on copper pipes with an external diameter of 1/4 = 6.35 mm - 5/16 = 7.93 mm - 3/8 = 9.52 mm, using special adapters, and can be installed in any position on the circuit. Tightening is guaranteed by three hexagonal head screws for a 3 mm Allen key (supplied). Consisting of a piercing screw with a 3 mm Allen key, a flat gasket resistant to all refrigerant fluids to ensure maximum sealing (not suitable for R410A and R32 gas) and a 1/4 SAE connection for charging pipes or adapters. Dimensions 45x30x25 mm.
