    Acetic silicone is an acetic-crosslinked sealant that offers excellent weather resistance and minimal shrinkage during the vulcanization process. Its best-known characteristic is its distinctive odor, combined with its ability to remain elastic even after application. Unlike other silicones, it cannot be painted after curing. It is primarily used for bathroom fixtures, areas in contact with water, and horizontal joints. It is used to seal window-to-glass joints, to create even large aquariums, in the construction of large glass windows, in cold storage enclosures, in air conditioning systems, and much more.
