General Features

JOLLY TOP



New series of fan coil units with centrifugal fan and 3-speed AC motor.
Characterized by a maximum depth of 200 mm and in the version with casing with a particularly attractive aesthetic line, they are suitable for residential heating and air conditioning applications.
Available in 5 sizes with cooling capacities from 1.65 to 6.00 kW and air flows from 255 to 1300 m3/h.
In the standard version they are offered with a single 3-row battery which can be combined as an accessory in the case of 4-pipe systems with an additional 1-row battery.
Available in two versions, VM with mantle and VN without mantle for built-in applications.
The units can be installed in both vertical and horizontal positions.


LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURE: Made of galvanized sheet metal of adequate thickness. Models without a cover are equipped with a front-mounted closing panel for the fan unit.
HEAT EXCHANGE COIL: 3-row coil made of copper tubing and aluminum fins, secured by mechanical expansion of the tubes. The manifolds in the upper part of the coil are equipped with air vents, while the lower part has a water drain valve.
CONDENSATION COLLECTION TRAY: Made of thermoplastic material to prevent corrosion, it allows the machine to be installed either vertically or horizontally. It is located on both sides of the machine to facilitate coil rotation.
FAN MOTOR: the electric motor, protected from possible overloads, has three speeds with a run capacitor always inserted, directly coupled to the fans and cushioned by elastic supports.
CENTRIFUGAL FAN: the fan unit is made up of double-inlet centrifugal fans with blades developed in length to obtain high flow rate with low number of revolutions.
AIR FILTER: easily removable and regenerable by simply washing with water.
COVER CASE (VM only): Made partly of epoxy powder-coated sheet steel and partly of UV-resistant thermoplastic material. The upper section features grilles and a door for accessing the control panel. Available in RAL 9003.
HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS: The connections, located on the left side, are ¾" gas female. The battery, which comes standard with left-hand connections, can be rotated by moving the hydraulic connections to the right side.
