General Features

KERS

The KERS series consists of double-flow mechanical ventilation units with heat recovery, to be installed in a special wall opening.

The high-performance appliances are designed to provide each room with the necessary air renewal flow, to recover heat from the exhaust air and transfer it to the air introduced into the room.

Each unit is equipped with:

• Wall-adaptable, sectionable and soundproof plastic duct.
• Intake and emission grilles.
• Energy-saving EC fans with speed regulation.
• Ceramic heat exchanger, with efficiency up to 97% (Kers 50) and up to 90% (Kers 25) and equipped with antibacterial treatment.
• Filters installed on both sides of the exchanger, to clean the intake air and protect the G3 class exchanger, optional F7.
• Remote control that allows you to adjust the air flow without wire ducts.

All units, compliant with European directives, are provided with CE marking (TUV) and the relevant certificate of conformity.

The machine is equipped with a fan with an energy recovery EC motor, capable of reversing the air flow inside the recovery unit, it works in two phases:

Phase 1:

The fan extracts hot air from the room and sends it outside, through the heat recovery unit. This cools the air and retains the heat it contains.

Phase 2:

The fan reverses the flow and draws in cold air from outside. This air, upon contact with the heat recovery unit, heats up before entering the room.

The remote control, as standard, allows you to:

• Use Kers in the extraction function only or in the input function only.
• Adjust the fan speed according to the desired humidity.
  
• Set a night dim to the minimum speed of 8 hours
• Turn Kers on and off.

From the buttons on the device you can:

• Set the three operating speeds
• Set the operation to ventilation only or ventilation with heat recovery
• Display the operating speed and the need to clean the filters via LEDs
